Problems receiving Alert Notifications
If you are experiencing problems receiving alert notifications on your mobile device, please try the following procedures:
Please log out and back into the app and, if you continue to have problems receiving notifications, try un-checking and re-checking the notifications settings in your device. These are found both in the app itself and in your settings' application manager. This has reset notifications for some users.
There may also be corrupt data cached within the app. If issues persist, please try the following:
1) Sign out of the Infinite Campus app
2) Uninstall Infinite Campus app
3) Power off the phone completely
4) Reinstall Infinite Campus app
5) Check to make sure that notifications are enabled in the app and settings
